ISO as a Service

Who is this service for?
The Information Security Officer (ISO) of a company is typically the operational manager of the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS).

The responsibilities of this role include maintaining a set of ISMS-related requirements and translating them into specific policies, procedures, implementation plans, and budget plans, as well as overseeing their execution. In the case of most companies, the ISO cooperates and reports to the compliance rep/dept. and the top management.

This service is dedicated to companies in their early stages of operation that don't have the resources for a dedicated Information Security Officer but are still required to fulfill the ISO-related requirements, such as BAIT for financial institutions in Germany.
What do you get?
If your company doesn't have the resources to maintain a dedicated ISO, we can determine if it is feasible to outsource this function in your business and regulatory environment (e.g., in the financial sector in Germany). If it is possible to outsource this function, we propose a flexible contract that will allow you to request ISO as a service assistance in a pay-as-you-go model.

Our employee will assist you in selected ISO-related tasks and enable you to fulfill your regulatory/norm/contractual requirements at a fraction of the cost of hiring a dedicated officer. She will help you identify the requirements and based on available information on your business processes, design the ISMS that fits them.

Available service includes Risk Assessment and Treatment service (ISO 27005-compliant) accompanied by required artifacts (Statement of Applicability, Risk Treatment Plan), help with ISMS team completion and assigning tasks, designing annual budget, translating the RTP to actionable tasks for your team.

Also, we will help you monitor the implementation of the RTP and efficiency of your ISMS by arranging Management Review with requested frequency.
